Illinois Continuing Education Requirements
Real estate licensees in Illinois are required to complete approved CE to renew their license, which expire every two years, Brokers in Illinois must complete 18 hours of continuing education before May 1st 2010, including a 6 hour broker management course. New brokers receiving their licenses after May1st 2009 are exempt.
